As far as your character art goes, I think this is one of your stronger pieces - mainly due to the pose. Two things I think you nailed down really well: the dramatic lighting (something I pointed out in an earlier work), and character. I may not be aware at all of what work you've drawn from - but I can already tell quite a bit about the character you've presented. That's certainly a good thing - I think you've captured important parts of the character's persona and brought them out.
A couple suggestions for things you may want to look closer at: Apologies if I'm coming across as too nit-picky here. Take it for what it is - just my personal opinion.
I'm not entirely sure how to read the pink bolt coming from her eye. Is it lightning? Perhaps it confuses me because it feels too bold and sharply defined to be light, but too irregularly shaped to be anything else. Second, her anatomy strikes me as a bit odd. I'm mainly looking at the pelvis region here. If you imagine the structure under the shorts, the legs seem to meet at too sharp an angle. I think this is less due to the placement of the joints and more due to that the thigh appears to have the same cylindrical shape throughout. Giving the thigh a more cone shape would probably help the mid section look more natural.
All that aside, I think this time around you have a much better rendering of texture and perspective. The metal looks very good, as your other details.
